Anjolina was a stage hand for Lost and Found. She has also been an active member of the Pasture Bedtime Players having the roles of Gertrude McFuzz in Seussical, a company member in Adventures With Aesop, a pirate in Treasure Island and Buldeo/Jungle Elephant The Jungle Book.
