Laurie Jakoboski
Laurie made her debut with Pasture Prime as Joan Thompson in "Wedding Secrets".
She made her community theater debut on Washington Island, Wisconsin in 2006, playing Mollie Ralston in
Agatha Christie’s Mousetrap. Becoming hooked on theater, Laurie also appeared in Island Player’s
productions of Oliver, Salute to Musical Broadway, The Diary of Anne Frank, Painting Churches and
the radio play version of It’s A Wonderful Life. Moving to Connecticut, Laurie was seen in Stonington
Community Players, Tables and Chairs III and IV. Her most recent role was Margaret Lord in Stageloft’s,
The Philadelphia Story. She is especially thankful to her encouraging and supportive husband, Conny,
and her devoted puppy, Miko, for their love, patience, and understanding of “life in the theater.”
